A.Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.

A.No. We will deliver 1-4 hours before the rental time begins.
Q.We've rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.No. The inflatable should be clean when you get it. Moon Hopper Inflatables cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate.

A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

A.Please call our office. A minimum of 72 hours notice to your rental date for a full refund. After 72 hours the deposit will become a credit that can be applied to a future reservation.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a 25% Credit Card Deposits. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel your reservation with a minimum of 72 hours notice to your rental date. After 72 hours the deposit will become a credit that can be applied to a future reservation.
Q.How big are the inflatables?
A.Set up area and size of the inflatable is listed under each inflatable. Please measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower. It is important to allow adequate space between trees, buildings and structures to prevent rubbing, this may damage to the inflatable.
Q.What about the big inflatables? Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds, a clear path with ample room is very important.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and the best), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Unfortunately, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing can damage the inflatable.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us right away, so we can remedy the situation. If, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc...
Q.Is the foam machine solution safe?
A.Yes, the foam solution is bio-degradable, non-toxic, non-staining hypoallergenic. This is completely safe for kids and adults.
Q.How long does foam last?
A.When left alone, foam lasts several hours. However, once guests interact with it, the bubbles start to pop and break up. The more people play in the foam, the quicker it will dissolve.
Q.Will the floor get wet form the foam machine?
A.Since you need water to generate foam, you can expect the floor to get wet as the bubbles dissolve. The resulting liquid is easy to clean up and doesn't have any lasting effects. If you're hosting a foam party outside, any lingering liquid should eventually evaporate on it's on.
Q.Will the foam cause you to slip?
A.Foam is about as slippery as water, so it's possible to slip if you are on long grass or a smooth, glossy surface such as glazed title. To prevent slipping, we recommend guests avoid running in foamy areas.
